This was our second visit after Hilton dealing with our feedback very well. This experience was perfect for our anniversary, they went above and beyond to make sure this time we felt looked after, this time we used the bar area and breakfast facilities and they were lovely, and the decor and service was to a very high standard. Each employee acknowledged us and make sure we had everything we needed. The room was an upgrade from the previous time, and it was a really beautiful room, spacious and cool. The team at Hilton also went above and beyond with our requests, and they decorated the room free of charge for our anniversary and I thought this was a very nice touch. It’s the little things. The reception lady was very helpful when I wanted to pay extra to upgrade our room on the last night, and the hotel itself is close enough to restaurants, train stations, shops to walk, so you don’t need a car. However we did bring our car, and the parking area was good and under shelter. We also had breakfast, and the variety is great and caters to everyone. Overall very pleased with our stay, and we had the perfect time away for our anniversary.

From the minute we arrived to the checking out time, this hotel did not disappoint us. The reception staff were efficient and courteous. The room (126) we stayed was spotlessly clean, ideally proportioned. The lounge-services for bar, lunch, and dinner were of high standard, and the range and quality of the food was excellent. Every member of staff we interacted with, including maintenance staff, was friendly and genuinely cared about our stay. The breakfast service was impressive. The buffet was spaciously laid out. Jane, who looked after us, at breakfast, was an example of a customer service champion and an ambassador for this, 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, good/safe parking. We stayed here on our wedding night and spoke to Nadir to see if anything special could be planned, he was absolutely fantastic!!! When we walked into our room we had red flower petals and towel swans displayed on our bed! He also upgraded our room and provided free additional beverages. It was a lovely surprise and we're extremely grateful for his kind gesture, it made our stay a memorable one! We definitely will be returning! Nadir, we can't thank you enough!

The location is ideal for me, as I do know the area. Caught a bus directly to East Croydon station & onward to Victoria with ease. Breakfast has an excellent selection, well presented & well staffed, who seem to take pride in keeping the section supplied & cleared efficiently.

Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt well cared for . Bed was extremely comfortable . Got a bit lost in the giant feather pillows but not a critisicm. Breakfast room staff were very good and choice of breakfast was brilliant.
